1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from ThoughtSplash ("the Website," "we," "our," or "us"), available at https://thoughtsplash.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform or services.

2. Account Registration & User Obligations

To complete an order on ThoughtSplash, you are required to register an authenticated customer account. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete details (name, email address, phone number, and delivery address) and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities and transactions placed under your account.

3. Custom Print-on-Demand Manufacturing

All t-shirts and apparel items sold on ThoughtSplash are manufactured on-demand. When you place an order, our printing partner (Qikink) prints the chosen graphic specifically for your chosen apparel type, color, and size. Because each product is individually manufactured per order:

• Size Charts: Please consult our accurate size charts on each product page before placing an order to ensure the best fit.
• Color & Display Tolerances: While we strive for exact color matching, slight variations in color shade or print placement may occur across different screen displays and cotton fabric dye lots.

4. Pricing & Payment Processing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are securely processed through Razorpay via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, or NetBanking. ThoughtSplash does not capture or store raw banking details or payment card information.

5. Order Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel an order directly from your Account Dashboard under the Orders tab as long as the order is in placed, confirmed, or processing state prior to physical printing or courier dispatch.

Once an order is cancelled, a 100% refund is automatically initiated and credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days according to banking network timelines.

6. 7-Day Return & Refund Policy

If you receive a defective garment, damaged parcel, printing misalignment, or incorrect item differing from your invoice, you are eligible for our 7-Day Return & 100% Refund. You can initiate a return directly from your Account Orders dashboard by clicking "Request Return" within 7 days of delivery, or email support@thoughtsplash.in with your Order ID and clear photos of the defect. Upon approval, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

7. Marketing Communications & Inquiries

Promotional offers, newsletters, and announcements are communicated through hello@thoughtsplash.in. You can opt out at any time. For business partnerships, marketing collaborations, or press inquiries, write directly to hello@thoughtsplash.in.

8. Intellectual Property

All custom artwork, graphic designs, typography, brand names, visual logos, and content appearing on ThoughtSplash are the exclusive intellectual property of ThoughtSplash and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Account Termination & Deletion

You may terminate your customer account and execute profile deletion at any time directly through your Account Settings or by emailing support@thoughtsplash.in.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
