By accessing or purchasing from ThoughtSplash ("the Website," "we," or "us"), available at https://thoughtsplash.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
To complete a purchase on ThoughtSplash, you are required to register and maintain an authenticated customer account. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete details (name, email, phone number, shipping address) and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
All apparel items sold on ThoughtSplash are manufactured on-demand. When you place an order, our printing partner (Qikink) prints the graphic specifically for your chosen apparel type, color, and size. Because each product is individually manufactured per order:
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are securely processed via Razorpay through UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, or NetBanking. We reserve the right to revise prices or discontinue products at our discretion.
You may cancel an order directly from your account page under Orders as long as the order is in placed, confirmed, or processing state before physical printing/dispatch begins. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped via courier, it cannot be cancelled.
All custom artwork, graphic designs, typography, brand names, visual logos, and content appearing on ThoughtSplash are the exclusive intellectual property of ThoughtSplash and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may terminate your customer account and request complete profile deletion at any time directly through your Account Settings (under Danger Zone) or by emailing support@thoughtsplash.in. Upon termination, your right to access the customer portal will immediately cease, and your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
