• Personal Contact & Identification: Full name, email address, mobile/telephone number, and delivery shipping address provided during checkout, account registration, or support inquiries.
• Order & Customization Data: Purchased products, selected variants (color, size, design artwork), quantity, order value, transaction timestamps, and order lifecycle statuses.
• Technical & Usage Information: IP address, device type, browser specifications, and usage interactions collected to ensure platform security, prevent brute-force attacks, and optimize website responsiveness.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data strictly for legitimate operational and business purposes:

• Fulfillment: Custom printing, quality control, packaging, and courier delivery of your ordered apparel.
• Transactional Communications: Sending order confirmations, payment receipts, invoice copies, and real-time shipping tracking alerts via email and SMS.

4. Third-Party Service Providers & Data Sharing

ThoughtSplash partners with trusted third-party technology and fulfillment partners to provide our print-on-demand services. We share only the minimum required data necessary for processing your order:

• Print-on-Demand & Courier Logistics (Qikink): When you place an order, your shipping details (name, delivery address, phone) and ordered garment specifications (size, color, design SKU) are transmitted securely to our manufacturing partner, Qikink, who prints and dispatches the parcel via national courier networks (Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, DTDC).
• Payment Gateway (Razorpay): All payments are processed through Razorpay over encrypted TLS connections. ThoughtSplash never stores or accesses your debit/credit card numbers, UPI PINs, CVVs, or net banking passwords. Razorpay is certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant.
• Transactional Messaging (Resend & MSG91): Order confirmation emails and support replies are delivered via Resend, and transactional SMS tracking alerts are delivered via MSG91.

5. Marketing Communications & Opt-Out

Marketing communications, brand stories, product drops, and newsletters are dispatched exclusively from hello@thoughtsplash.in. You can opt out or unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing email, or by sending a request to hello@thoughtsplash.in. Transactional order updates (receipts, delivery tracking) will still be sent for active purchases.

6. Data Retention & Security

We implement industry-standard technical security protocols, including HTTPS/TLS encryption, parameterized database queries, and PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) via Supabase to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

7. Account Deletion & Customer Data Rights

You have full control over your personal data. Registered customers may request or execute complete and permanent deletion of their profile at any time:

• Self-Service Account Deletion: You can delete your account instantly from your Account Dashboard under the Danger Zone section.
• Assisted Deletion Requests: You can also email our support desk at support@thoughtsplash.in to request account erasure, and your data will be permanently wiped within 48 hours.
