At ThoughtSplash, each t-shirt and apparel product is individually printed on-demand specifically for you upon receiving your order. We partner with top logistics carriers across India (including Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, and DTDC) to deliver your parcel securely to your doorstep.

Order Tracking: As soon as your order is packaged and handed over to the courier partner, an automated SMS and email containing your live courier tracking link and AWB number will be sent to your registered contact details.
We are committed to delivering the highest quality products. If something went wrong with your order, we are here to help make it right with our 7-Day Return & 100% Refund Policy. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
To request a return, go to 'My Account -> Orders' within 7 days of delivery and click the 'Request Return' button next to your delivered order. You will be asked to provide the issue reason and upload photos showing the defect. Upon approval, 100% of your payment will be refunded to your original payment method (UPI, Card, or NetBanking) within 5–7 business days. Alternatively, you can email support@thoughtsplash.in within the same 7-day window with these details.
Note: Since all products are custom-printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for incorrect customer size selection or change of mind. Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects, print issues, or transit damage. Please consult our Size Chart before ordering (standard size tolerance is ±0.5 inches).
You can cancel your order directly from your My Account → Orders tab at any time while the order is in placed, confirmed, or processing state before printing/dispatch.
Approved order cancellations will receive a 100% refund credited back to the original source payment method within 5–7 business days.
