Shipping Policy
We offer shipping across all major locations in India. Because our t-shirts are printed on-demand, they require a production period:
- Production Time: 2 to 4 business days to print and quality check your t-shirt.
- Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days after shipping, depending on your location (Metro areas are usually faster).
- Shipping Fee: Free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum purchase required.
Tracking information is sent to your registered email and phone number via SMS as soon as the package is dispatched.
Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day easy return policy for any quality issues:
- Quality Issues: If you receive a damaged product, misprint, or wrong size/color, we will replace it or refund it free of charge. Please email us pictures of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges: For size exchange requests due to ordering mistakes, please contact us. Since t-shirts are custom printed on-demand, shipping charges apply to exchanges.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method or bank account within 5-7 business days.
